What is something you’re proud of and why?

My siblings.  I love being a big sister & getting to watch my siblings live out their lives successfully & helping them to navigate it.  I have a great big, blended family & it is something that I love to talk about & am very proud of.

What is your personal and professional journey that led you to Call to Freedom?

I started working in the nonprofit world during college & found my passion for doing work that impacts those around you in a positive way.  I feel most fulfilled when I am doing work that speaks to my heart, which led me to Call to Freedom upon moving to Sioux Falls.

What kind of projects are you most excited to work on at Call to Freedom?

I am excited to get to work alongside passionate staff & volunteers to fulfill the mission of the organization.  It seems that there is a lot of amazing work happening at Call to Freedom & I am excited to be able to be a part of this.

Why do believe in the mission of Call to Freedom?

I believe in the mission of Call to Freedom because everybody deserves to feel heard, valued, & empowered.  Call to Freedom does exactly that & more by helping to support individuals & families that have been impacted by trafficking.

How do you think your position at Call to Freedom is important to the mission?

It is important to ensure that the mission is shared to people in the community & I am excited that my position will give me the opportunity to do so.  Working alongside volunteers to support individuals & families that have been affected is also key to making sure that people feel the support that Call to Freedom offers.
