Outreach Case Manager
The Outreach Case Manager’s purpose is to identify needs, implement strategies, and coordinate individualized services for victims and survivors throughout the United States. Key tasks include conducting supportive intake and screening processes, facilitating referrals, and providing case management.
Occupational Therapy Manager
The Occupational Therapy Manager plays a key leadership role in advancing this mission by integrating trauma-informed occupational therapy services across programs and supporting survivors in building the skills needed for daily living, emotional wellness, and long-term stability. This role blends clinical expertise, program development, and team leadership to ensure services are responsive, survivor-centered, and grounded in best practices.
Prevention & Community Training Coordinator
The Prevention & Community Training Coordinator supports Call to Freedom’s mission by leading prevention education, community outreach, and professional training initiatives focused on human trafficking awareness and response. This position serves as a key community liaison, building partnerships and delivering impactful training to schools, youth-serving organizations, healthcare providers, law enforcement, faith communities, and other community stakeholders throughout Sioux Falls and surrounding communities. The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator, skilled presenter, and relationship-builder who is passionate about prevention, education, and creating lasting community impact.
