SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (Dakota News Now) – With Giving Tuesday on December 2, many local nonprofits are taking part.

Call to Freedom and Thrivent Member Network are hosting a ‘Keeping Kids Safe Online’ training on December 2.

Becky Rasmussen and Jenn Rechnagel joined Dakota News Now to tell us more.

“We were inspired to work with Call to Freedom. We wanted to choose an organization with a really strong sense of community, impact, really wanted to do education. And so, their values mimic, sort of, Thrivent values and our mission to also empower our clients to also make a difference in their community the way that they choose. And so, we’re super excited to work with Becky and her team for Giving Tuesday,” said Rechnagel.
