SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO) – President-elect Donald Trump’s second administration nominees are getting a lot of attention, and not all of it is positive. Four of the nominees have been accused of sexual misconduct in the past. Three of them deny the claims, but the selections still send a message.

Defense Secretary nominee Pete Hegseth was investigated in 2017.
Attorney General nominee Matt Gaetz has been under investigation by The House Ethics Committee for sexual misconduct with a minor that allegedly occurred that same year.
There have also been sexual-related allegations against Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Elon Musk.

“We certainly are alarmed any time there’s a public official that there are allegations of sexual violence because we know that political officials and officials alike sometimes can use their positions of authority in ways that are not safe for people,” Executive Director of The Compass Center, Michelle Trent said.
